Our Legion
Family
Our Legion Family supports the goal of William E. Blair Post 95 Legionnaires and all veterans. Each family group hosts events, fundraisers, and does various projects throughout the year.

Auxiliary
We answer the call of Service Not Self. We are the male and female spouses, grandmothers, mothers, sisters, and direct and adopted female descendants of members of The American Legion. Some of us are veterans ourselves.
We are the American Legion Auxiliary. And we make a difference. You’ll find us in more than 8,000 local communities in the USA and in foreign countries. Founded in 1919 during the first National Convention of The American Legion, the ALA has grown to be one of the largest veterans support organizations. And we’d love for you to be part of our mission outreach.

Sons of the American Legion
The Sons of The American Legion (SAL) is open to male descendants of U.S. veterans who served honorably and are eligible for American Legion membership. Its mission is to support veterans, promote patriotism, serve communities, and uphold the principles of The American Legion through volunteerism and civic engagement.

Legion Riders
American Legion Riders chapters are well known for their charitable work, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local children's hospitals, schools, veterans homes and severely wounded servicemembers. And since 2006, Riders nationwide have participated in The American Legion Legacy Run, first raising money for scholarships for children of U.S. military personnel killed since Sept. 11, 2001, and now for the Veterans & Children Foundation, which funds American Legion service officer training and provides grants for at-risk minor children of Legionnaires and active-duty military.
